PinBet (Sverige) Limited has surrendered its Swedish gaming license.
Pinnacle.se is no longer available, and all player accounts have been closed.
Open bets were settled or canceled, remaining funds credited and, where possible, balances returned to players before the closure.
Where we were unable to return a balance, for example, because we did not have valid payment details for the account holder, the funds were deposited with Länsstyrelsen i Stockholm on behalf of the account holder.
If you believe a balance was not returned to you, please contact us at customerservice@pinnacle.se. We will review your account and confirm whether there is an amount you can claim directly from Länsstyrelsen i Stockholm.
