Following the conclusion of back-to-back international tournaments, MSI 2025 and the Esports World Cup, the global League of Legends scene is shifting back into domestic mode. The LCK 2025 season resumes this week, and with the action heating up again, Pinnacle is here to deliver your weekly betting preview.

LCK Weekly: Gen.G Returns as the Undisputed King

International domination continues for Gen.G, who lifted both the MSI and Esports World Cup trophies without dropping a single series. Now back on home soil, they’ve kicked off the regular season with a powerful statement.

On July 23, Gen.G took down Hanwha Life Esports (HLE) in a clean 2-0 sweep. That win marked Gen.G's 27th consecutive match victory, extending their incredible undefeated run and reinforcing their status as the team to beat in the LCK.

On the same day, KSavingsBank Brion (BRO) pulled off a surprise victory over Dplus KIA (DK) as a +244 Money Line underdog, delivering one of the biggest upsets of the week.

Upcoming Matches – July 24

DN Feecs (+183*) vs. BNK FearX (-234*)

DN Feecs (DNF) had a rough showing in the first two rounds of the season and currently sits at the bottom of the standings. BNK FearX (BFX), on the other hand, enters this matchup as a strong favorite. Priced at –234* on the Money Line, the market reflects BFX’s form advantage and DNF’s ongoing struggles. Unless DNF surprises with a sudden form shift, this one leans heavily toward BFX.

Bet: DN Freecs vs. BNK FearX odds

KT Rolster (-206*) vs. Nongshim RedForce (+164*)

This matchup is a rematch of their clash during the LCK Road to MSI, where KT Rolster (KT) dominated with a 3-0 sweep. That series featured standout performances from:

  • Gwak "Bdd" Bo-sung, who posted an incredible 25/4/32 KDA (14.3 ratio)
  • Seo "deokdam" Dae-gil, with a staggering 27/1/30 KDA (57.0 ratio)

With over a month’s break for both teams to reset, KT remains a heavy favorite in this matchup. The Handicap –1.5 at +155* could offer value for bettors expecting another one-sided showing.

Bet: KT Rolster vs. Nongshim RedForce odds

As domestic leagues resume after the international spotlight, all eyes are on how teams adapt after long breaks and global competition. Gen.G continues to look untouchable, while teams like KT are eager to reassert themselves on the home stage.

LPL Weekly: Roster Changes During Mid-Season

The LPL resumed earlier than other regions, with Split 3 kicking off on July 19. The biggest headline coming into this split is the flurry of roster changes made by some of the region's top teams.

  • Yan "Wei" Yangwei, former jungler for Bilibili Gaming (BLG), has joined Invictus Gaming (IG) as a starter, replacing Zhao "Jiejie" Lijie, who has been benched.
  • Meanwhile, Fu "Hang" Minghang, a support player, transferred to Top Esports (TES) and replaced Liu "Crisp" Qingsong in the starting lineup.

These moves have already shown impact. TES defeated both IG and Weibo Gaming (WBG) this week. Although TES struggled in the Split 2 knockout stage, their top finish in the Split 2 rumble stage and the new support synergy suggests the team remains highly competitive.

Upcoming Highlight Match – July 24

JD Gaming (+130*) vs. Invictus Gaming (-159*)

This matchup brings storylines and rivalry to the forefront. JD Gaming (JDG) was upset by WBG and Team WE in the Split 2 knockout stage, while IG made a deeper run, finishing in the top three.

IG enters this match as the favorite at –159*, but with a new jungler, some volatility is expected. A more attractive market may be Total Maps Over 2.5 at –103*, as both teams have the potential to push each other to the limit.

An added layer of intrigue: JDG’s Peng "XUN" Lixun and IG’s Wei are both former junglers for BLG, meaning they're familiar with each other’s playstyles, which could result in a highly contested jungle matchup.

Bet: JD Gaming vs. Invictus Gaming odds

More Upcoming Highlight Matches:

  • July 26: AL vs. BLG
  • July 27: WBG vs. AL
  • July 28: JDG vs. TES
