• NETELLER transactions are processed within minutes
• Withdrawals of more than EUR 7,000 (or equivalent) may take longer to process and we may be required to provide proof of identity due to international financial regulations.

• Pinnacle covers all NETELLER transaction fees when depositing funds into the Pinnacle account.
• Every Pinnacle customer receives one free payout per calendar month.
• Subsequent withdrawals within the same month will incur the fee shown in the table above.

Important information

• All funds must be sent and received from a NETELLER account registered under the Pinnacle account holder's name. Deposits made to Pinnacle from a NETELLER account that is not registered to the account holder will not be accepted. On the Login Information page, verify that your personal information is correct.

If you fund your Pinnacle Account using NETELLER, withdrawals up to (but not limited to) the original deposit amount must be made to the same NETELLER Account.

Deposit

1. Sign in to your Pinnacle account.
2. Open the Cashier and click on the NETELLER icon in the deposit area
3. Follow the on-screen instructions, fill out the form and select submit. If the deposit is successful, the amount will be credited to your Pinnacle account.

If this is your first NETELLER deposit, select the currency from your registered NETELLER account. This will be saved for future transfers.

We regret that transactions initiated from the NETELLER website cannot be accepted.
